The house
The Seaview Penthouse is the top floor of our villa in Bingin — a generous one-bedroom apartment with an open-air rooftop terrace and a 180° view over the Indian Ocean and the cliffs of the Bukit.

It’s a suite built for views — and for the slow rituals that come with them: sunrise coffee on the terrace, an afternoon nap to the sound of the swell, a long sunset that you’ll remember for a long time.
A day, the Samastiti way
Wake to the sound of the swell and the first light over the Indian Ocean. Coffee on the rooftop terrace, watching the reef below fill with early surfers. A short walk down the cliff path puts you at Dreamland Beach by mid-morning — paddle out, take a lesson, or settle into a warung with a fresh juice and nowhere to be. The afternoon is for slowing down: the infrared sauna, a book on the lounge, another coffee as the sun begins its drop.
As the light turns gold, fill the rooftop bath and sink in. The sky moves through every shade of amber and rose, then softens into violet and dark. One by one, the stars appear above the ocean, and the only sound is the sea against the cliffs far below.
