A tree house with Western comfort
Take the stairway up to your room, built on three trees, and step into a cosy sanctuary made entirely of wood. Sleeping in a treehouse is, for sure, an adventure — but it doesn’t have to be uncomfortable.
Air-conditioning keeps the room fresh through the night under a mosquito net. The bed is made up with Egyptian cotton sheets. There’s an ensuite bathroom inside the treehouse, so there’s no going up and down the stairs in the dark.
The balcony faces the small creek running by, the rice field and hotel beyond, and the jungle that wraps the property. The trees sway gently with the wind. Most guests tell us they’ve never slept better.

Planning your treehouse stay.
At the bottom of Jalan Hanoman, in central Ubud — a few minutes' walk to the Yoga Barn, Arma Museum, Monkey Forest, coworking spaces and over 50 restaurants. The house is set behind a small hotel, 150 metres from the main street, so it stays remarkably quiet.
About 50 steps lead down to the treehouse from the hotel pathway. This is exactly what keeps the location so peaceful — but it means the treehouse isn't suitable for guests with mobility issues.
